General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern bookings made with PINARELLO RESORT SNC for stays at Pinarello Resort, located in Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, Corsica. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the booking and stay conditions at Pinarello Resort, as well as the associated services offered by the establishment.
ARTICLE 3 – BOOKING
Bookings may be made by email, telephone, WhatsApp or via the contact form on the website.
Any booking is considered firm and final upon receipt of any required deposit payment and written confirmation sent by PINARELLO RESORT SNC.
The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. Any booking made by a minor without the authorisation of their legal representative shall be deemed null and void.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
Prices are expressed in euros and include all taxes.
The tourist tax is charged in addition and collected according to the applicable rate in force in the municipality.
Prices may be modified at any time. However, the applicable rate remains the one confirmed at the time of booking.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
The balance of the stay must be paid no later than the day of arrival.
The accepted payment methods are specified to the client upon booking confirmation.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
6.1 – Cancellation by the client
The cancellation conditions and the scale of any applicable fees are communicated to the client upon booking confirmation and accepted by the client.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay remains due.
6.2 – Modification by the client
Any modification request must be submitted in writing.
It will be reviewed and accepted subject to availability, without any commitment on the part of the establishment.
6.3 – Cancellation by the establishment
In the event of force majeure or an exceptional inability to honour a booking, PINARELLO RESORT SNC undertakes to refund the sums paid, without any additional compensation being claimable.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Any booking is therefore considered firm upon confirmation, subject to the cancellation conditions set out in Article 6.
ARTICLE 8 – ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in and check-out times are communicated to the client upon booking confirmation.
Any late departure may be subject to an additional charge, subject to the establishment’s availability.
In accordance with the regulations in force, an individual police registration form may be requested from foreign guests upon arrival.
ARTICLE 9 – ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY AND INTERNAL RULES
The number of occupants per accommodation unit may not exceed the maximum capacity provided.
Access to the resort’s areas and facilities must comply with the internal rules displayed or communicated on site.
PINARELLO RESORT SNC reserves the right to terminate the stay, without refund, in the event of behaviour that affects the peace, proper operation or safety of the establishment and its occupants.
ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
PINARELLO RESORT SNC accepts no liability in the event of theft, loss or damage to the client’s personal belongings.
The establishment holds professional civil liability insurance.
ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected in connection with bookings is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and the applicable regulations on personal data protection.
ARTICLE 12 – COMPLAINTS
Any complaint relating to the stay must be sent by email to [email to be completed] or by post to the registered office, within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days following the end of the stay.
ARTICLE 13 – CONSUMER MEDIATION
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the client may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.
The contact details of the competent mediator may be provided upon simple request addressed to the establishment.

ARTICLE 14 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to consumers.
